Effectual Ltd began trading in October 2002.

Specialising in Document management and palletised Storage, Effectual Storage, a family owned business was the main focus of our business. Effectual Storage continues to grow and operate from our site in Essex.

Our sister company, Effectual Sourcing followed soon after.
Based at the same facility as our storage business.

We started out importing goods from China and retailing them in the UK and during this period, we learnt, in depth, the importing process and made many useful long term contacts in and around China and valuable knowledge of the product sourcing, shipping and importing of goods.

After approaches from UK businesses’ for Effectual to directly source products, we moved out of the retail market and concentrated on direct product sourcing.

In 2004, Kenny Tsui relocated from England to Guangzhou in the Guangdong Province in China to set the foundations of Effectual Sourcing. Speaking fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Kenny has spent the last 7 years sourcing and supervising the exporting goods from China to England, Europe, Vietnam, India and Turkey. His knowledge of understanding both British and Chinese business cultures is a priceless asset to our company.

In 2007, we opened our Shenzhen office and welcomed another member to the team.
Baggio Yang Tian had worked closely with us on previous projects since 2004.
With his background in manufacture and quality control in China and speaking fluent English and Mandarin, Baggio is a priceless asset to our company.
Baggio oversees all Quality control and arranges the logistics and shipping from supplier to export.

David is located at our facility in Pebmarsh, Essex. With our 45000ft2 warehousing facilities, we are able to offer container unloading, storage, holding, fulfilment and distribution solutions.
